The gatherings we've run so far were weeks living in the places where the work is happening. You arrive, you work, you eat with the people who live there, and you move on. By the end you know how each project actually holds together — which is something you learn by being there.
The congress takes that to another scale. The idea is to travel the Patagonian corridor's nodes, staying several days at each one, with open sessions on governance, building, production and technology at every stop.
We're putting it together with the nodes that will host it. That's why there's no date or final programme yet: they depend on them as much as on us.
Four weeks living together in the cordillera, inside Edge City Patagonia. The house worked as the network's base: people from different nodes living together, working on their own projects and comparing what each was trying to solve. Much of the corridor's current structure came out of this event.
The network's space inside Devconnect Buenos Aires. This is where the corridor met the digital infrastructure ecosystem, and where several of the conversations about the legal layer began in earnest.
The Brazilian leg of the Regen Pathway. It confirmed something that wasn't obvious: coordination problems between regenerative projects are the same across the border, and the solutions travel.
